A gift for you…
As a thank you for your support over the years I’m sharing with you my first free yoga video! For those of you are curious about fitting in some home practice but aren’t sure where to start then perhaps this will spark your enthusiasm for you to find some space in your day to explore your movement and breath more intimately.
The practice will take you about 30 minutes with the option to spend more time in relaxation at the end should you wish. If you’ve practiced with me before then it should feel fairly natural to you. If you are new to working with me or even to yoga itself then I believe this to be an accessible practice with something in there for us all.
So, if you’re in a flow with life but would like to shift it around a little, why not give it a go? I’d love to know your thoughts. Please do share it around with friends and family alike. This video accompanies my recent article with Bamboo Clothing ‘Top Ten Yoga Poses for Beginners’.
There is no rush …In our lives we move quickly from one place to another, from one conversation or social media feed to the next, so, slow down a little and make space for new and positive shifts to occur.
As you move through the practice please do so with a dose of self-care and inquiry. Always acknowledge your own capabilities, within a range of movement that feels beneficial for you.
