Helen Roscoe Yoga Covid-19 Safety Measures for in-person group classes
In order for group classes to go ahead and continue, I will be following the Government guidelines and observing the following safety measures:
- All courses will require prior booking and I will be required to keep your contact details for 3 weeks after each class in order to conform to the Governments test and trace scheme.
- Participants will be required to arrive and leave on time to avoid congregating in the foyer.
- Participants will be required to wash hands prior to arrival.
- Hand sanitiser will be provided for use on arrival and exit.
- The venue will be well ventilated before, during and after each class.
- All hard surfaces and handles will be cleaned and disinfected before and after each class.
- Class sizes have been reduced in order to maintain a 2 metre distance between yoga mats. The spacing is from the centre of the mat.
- Participants will be required to bring their own yoga equipment, (eg. yoga mat, block, cushion or blanket).
- You are welcome to bring your own drinks to class, I will no be able to provide any refreshments.
- Participants can use toilet facilities, however where possible I would advise you to use your own toilet and wash facilities before and after classes.
- You are welcome to wear a face mask if you feel more comfortable doing so.
- To avoid exchange of cash, clients will be required to make bookings and payments using the new booking platform on my website. I can take card payments, PayPal or a bank transfer.
- Anybody with symptoms of Covid-19, (or from a household/support bubble in which another person has symptoms), will not be permitted to attend for at least 14 days.
- Maintain a close check on your health by monitoring your temperature before classes and if you are feeling unwell or have any Covid-19 related symptoms to please stay at home.
- Be health responsible in order to ensure everyone who attends can continue to do so safely.
- Please respect social distancing and let us greet one another with a smile, virtual hug and an open heart.
Kind, attentive & focused, Helen is a born teacher with the unique ability to listen to your needs and translate them into the perfect, bespoke yoga practice. Wonderful!
