Space at Tyddyn Siarl sets the scene for a tranquil retreat encompassing yoga, creativity, nature and wellness. Located within the picturesque village of Llanberis in Snowdonia, the area was recently granted Unesco World Heritage status because of its natural beauty and stunning backdrop of Welsh slate.
Yoga and nature immersions will offer time and space to pause through a bespoke programme designed to restore and re-energise, provide balance and calm. Whilst props, chairs and walls are available for support during our sessions together we ask that you are able to move from the ground and back up again without assistance in order to be able to participate in this retreat. Please also bring a yoga mat, block or cushion, and an additional blanket for extra comfort. If you do not have access to a yoga mat, please do let us know in advance and we’ll ensure there is one available for you to use.
