1st trimester “I am pregnant!”. 2nd trimester “I am going to have a baby!”. 3rd trimester “I am going to be a mother (for the rest of my life)!”.
Yoga during pregnancy is a wonderful way for you to develop an awareness toward your ever-changing body whilst deepening your bond and love for your growing baby.
Through a series nourishing practices expect to revitalise your energy and confidence and be guided in movement, relaxation and breath-centred techniques which will support you during any stage of pregnancy and prepare you for the birthing process.
I practiced yoga daily during both of my pregnancies and experienced two completely different birthing outcomes. These experiences inspired me to work with other expectant mothers and I am training in Yoga for Pregnancy with my teacher Zoë Martin.
