1st trimester “I am pregnant!”. 2nd trimester “I am going to have a baby!”. 3rd trimester “I am going to be a mother (for the rest of my life)!”.
Yoga during pregnancy is a wonderful way for you to develop an awareness toward your ever-changing body whilst deepening your bond and love for your growing baby.
Through a series nourishing practices expect to revitalise your energy and confidence and be guided in movement, relaxation and breath-centred techniques which will support you during any stage of pregnancy and prepare you for the birthing process.
I practiced yoga daily during both of my pregnancies and experienced two completely different birthing outcomes. These experiences inspired me to work with other expectant mothers to enable them to connect to their own source of strength, support and confidence during pregnancy and into birth. I undertook my pregnancy yoga training with the very experienced Zoë Martin and am accredited with the Independent Yoga Network.
