Starting March 2026
Welcome to Evolve Your Practice, Evolve Your Teaching - a course designed to help yoga teachers regain confidence, refine their approach, and reconnect with the joy of both personal practice and teaching.
The course includes six modules exploring personal and teaching practice. Two modules are in person at Space at The Mill in Manchester. The in person sessions offer both practical and theoretical learning, with opportunities to embody your practice, refine your teaching skills, and receive peer feedback and mentoring. Four modules are live-streamed and include guest lectures and practices on themes such as reconnecting with your personal “why,” setting boundaries, class planning, and feel-good marketing.
This course is open to yoga teachers at any stage - whether you’re newly qualified, returning after a break, or ready to deepen your learning.
