Join us for a summer retreat morning shaped by light, warmth, and a sense of gentle fullness.
Through movement, breath, and rest, we’ll explore practices that invite you back into relationship with your body - creating space to ground, soften, and reconnect.
Including posture exploration, breath awareness, meditation, and deep rest, this day offers a simple, nourishing pause from everyday life.
You can also expect some time outdoors - an opportunity to awaken the senses and attune more fully to the season.
Open to all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat.
