September often arrives with a familiar shift in energy; that back-to-school feeling, routines returning, and the pressure beginning to build. This nourishing morning retreat offers space to pause and honour self-care before the season gathers pace.
Taking inspiration from seasonal change, our practices will support you from the inside out. We’ll begin with gentle somatic practices to tune into what’s happening beneath the surface through sensation and feeling, before gradually coming up off the ground to explore more traditional yoga postures and flowing sequences. The morning will end with guided meditation and deep relaxation.
Playful, invitational and restorative, this morning is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and set a steadier, more balanced rhythm for the season ahead.
